Ray Mitchell served as a Trustee for Colorado Fire and Police Pension Fund for thirteen years and was actively involved in the investment decision making process. He has been an invited speaker at many investment conferences in the United States and Europe on subjects including asset allocation, investment policy, and market neutral strategies.
